NAIDOC Day was held on the 24th August, 2017. Students, staff, family and community joined together in the celebrations. The theme for NAIDOC day was ‘Our languages matter' which is very important to Aboriginal culture. The day was filled with great workshops that the students really enjoyed. A BIG thank you to Nicole Taylor and John Mitchell who gave up their time to give their support to our school and offer their talents in jewellery making and Aboriginal art. Ms Natalie Wighton and Mr Will Ward did a fantastic job, supported by Coomealla High School staff, in making the day a great success.
