Welcome from our principal
“Welcome to Coomealla High School — a proud public education high school built on Traditional lands of the ancient custodians of the riverlands of the Murray River in the Wentworth Shire. As a Connected Community School, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students in Years 7 to 12. Our strong partnerships with families, local organisations, and community members enrich student experiences and strengthen our shared commitment to success. Coomealla High School is built on strong relationships, high expectations and a shared commitment to ensuring every student is known and valued. We promote active participation in academic, sporting, and cultural activities, empowering students to pursue their future goals with confidence.
Guided by our core values of respect for yourself, others, learning, and the community, our committed staff focus on both academic achievement and student wellbeing, ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive by providing a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment. Together, we are shaping confident, capable young people who are ready to contribute positively to their community and beyond.
We warmly invite families to explore our diverse programs and services and look forward to welcoming new members to our vibrant school community..”
